About the program

Diamond Gulf Rentals operates a two-way SMS concierge program for guests and prospective guests of our Florida vacation rentals on 30A, Destin, and Miramar Beach. We use SMS to respond to inquiries, confirm bookings, send arrival and check-in instructions, and provide in-stay support.

How you opt in

You may opt in to receive SMS from Diamond Gulf Rentals in one of two ways:

1. Website opt-in. By checking the SMS consent box on our contact form and submitting your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS from Diamond Gulf Rentals about your inquiry and stay.
2. Reservation opt-in. By providing your mobile number on a signed rental agreement, you agree to receive SMS from Diamond Gulf Rentals related to that reservation (booking confirmation, arrival instructions, check-in details, and stay support).

We do not share or sell mobile numbers, and we do not enroll anyone in SMS without their explicit consent through one of the methods above.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. A typical reservation receives between 2 and 10 messages from inquiry through checkout. Inquiry-only conversations may receive fewer.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.

Sample messages

• "Diamond Gulf Rentals: Hi Sarah, your check-in at Renton 30A is Fri 6/26 after 4pm. Door code 4821#. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
• "Diamond Gulf Rentals: Thanks for the inquiry! Yes, the Aug 12–19 week is open at Renton 30A. Would you like me to send a quote? Reply STOP to opt out."
• "Diamond Gulf Rentals: Your booking is confirmed for Aug 12–19. We'll send arrival instructions 48 hours before check-in. Reply STOP to opt out."

Opt-in confirmation

After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message: "Diamond Gulf Rentals: You're opted in to concierge SMS. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

Getting help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message and you'll receive: "Diamond Gulf Rentals concierge: call (850) 424-4444 or email concierge@diamondgulfrentals.com. Reply STOP to opt out."

Stopping messages (STOP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or QUIT, CANCEL, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message. After we receive your opt-out, you will no longer receive SMS from Diamond Gulf Rentals. To re-subscribe, opt in again through the website or by contacting us directly.

Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Information you share with us via SMS is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.
