Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate our business (e.g. payment processors, email delivery, property partners) and when required by law.

SMS messaging

We use SMS to respond to inquiries, confirm bookings, and provide concierge support during your stay. Mobile numbers are collected only when you provide them — either by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form or by entering your number on a signed rental agreement. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing, and message frequency, opt-out, and HELP details are described on our SMS Terms page. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and unsubscribe from marketing at any time by emailing concierge@diamondgulfrentals.com. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out of SMS specifically.
