Information we collect

• Contact details you provide when submitting an inquiry, subscribing to our newsletter, or booking a stay (name, email, phone).
• Reservation details needed to deliver your stay (dates, party size, property, special requests).
• Communications exchanged with our concierge team via email, SMS, or our PEARL chat assistant.
• Usage data such as pages visited and basic device information, used to improve the site.

How we use it

• Respond to inquiries and provide concierge support.
• Process and service reservations.
• Send newsletter and marketing communications (only with your consent — you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Improve our website and services.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate our business — including our SMS provider, email delivery provider, payment processors, and property partners — and when required by law. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

SMS messaging

We may send text messages to guests and prospective guests who opt in. We use SMS to respond to inquiries, confirm bookings, send arrival and check-in details, and provide concierge support during your stay. Our primary guest SMS line is our Destin local number (850) 640-6485.

• How you opt in. By ticking the standalone SMS consent checkbox — unchecked by default and not bundled into or buried inside any other agreement — on our contact form or on a property inquiry / "Request this home" form, and submitting your mobile number, as described on our SMS Terms page.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
